Engagement process

How a systems engagement works

A controlled path from review to optimization — so founders and operators know what happens next.

  1. Systems Review

You submit the business model, current workflow, goals, and required functionality.

  2. Discovery

We map revenue paths, user roles, integrations, operational risks, and launch priorities.

  3. Scope and Agreement

You receive the recommended engagement, deliverables, timeline, ownership terms, and investment structure.

  4. Design and Build

We design the customer experience, develop the system, connect integrations, and test workflows.

  5. Launch

Your team receives training, documentation, access, and launch support.

  6. Optimization

We review system usage, conversion, automation performance, and future development priorities.

Engagement paths

Choose your path

Two different offers. Same systems team. Pick the path that matches how you fund and operate the platform.

Path A

Funded Build

You pay for a scoped system and retain the business revenue generated through it. Ownership, licensing, and support terms are defined in the project agreement.

Request a Custom Build

Path B

Systems Partnership

Creator Collective funds and builds an approved system in exchange for 40% of defined gross profits. Not everyone qualifies — see partnership requirements below.

Engagement levels

Foundation. Growth. Platform.

Named by what they unlock — not by a checkout total. Exact scope is set in discovery.

Foundation

For businesses launching a professional acquisition and booking system.

  • Branded conversion site + funnel
  • Lead capture + calendar booking
  • SEO foundations + analytics
  • Operator handoff kit

Platform

For businesses building subscriptions, marketplaces, dashboards, APIs, or software-style infrastructure.

  • Everything in Growth
  • Subscription billing + entitlements
  • Custom dashboards + APIs
  • Priority support + quarterly strategy

Most systems engagements begin at $25,000 and are scoped according to functionality, integrations, user roles, migration requirements, and ongoing support.

A typical starting engagement may include a branded conversion site, lead capture, booking, CRM integration, automated follow-up, analytics, and an operational dashboard.

Decision frame

Compare the path you would take without us

During discovery, we compare the proposed engagement against the actual cost of your current workflow — not against a universal dollar claim.

Hiring internally

Senior technical hire

A senior technical hire can cost six figures annually before adding design, product management, infrastructure, quality assurance, and operational support.

Commissioning a custom build

Enterprise / custom software

Complex custom platforms can require substantial development budgets, long timelines, and multiple specialists.

Project fit

Find the right discovery conversation

Select the alternative you would otherwise choose and the systems you need. Output is a recommended engagement level for discovery — not a price quote.

1. Without us, you would…

2. Systems you need

Recommendation

Hiring internally means salary, product, design, QA, and ops before you ship.

A senior technical hire rarely covers the full stack alone. Factor ramp time, infrastructure, and the gaps that still remain.

Based on your answers, your project appears to fit a Growth-level discovery conversation.

60/40 Gross-Profits Partnership

Zero upfront. Full system. You keep ownership.

For approved partners, Creator Collective funds and builds the system. You retain ownership of the brand and company. Gross profits are split 60/40 as defined in the partnership agreement.

60%You keep of defined gross profits
40%Creator Collective share of defined gross profits
  1. We design & ship the approved system at no upfront build cost to you.
  2. Your business generates revenue through the platform we built.
  3. Gross profits split 60/40 — you keep the company; we do not take equity.

Partnership qualification

Applicants should generally have:

  • A validated business concept
  • A defined target customer
  • Existing audience, distribution, or client relationships
  • A credible operator responsible for sales and execution
  • A realistic revenue model
  • Time and resources to operate the business after launch
  • Willingness to share financial reporting
  • A minimum partnership term
  • A path to generating recurring revenue

Ideas without validation, audience, operating capacity, or a clear revenue model are unlikely to qualify.

What “gross profits” means in plain language

If the platform generates $10,000 and directly attributable payment-processing, refunds, or approved transaction expenses total $1,000, the agreement may define $9,000 as eligible gross profit. The exact calculation is established in writing before development begins. An attorney defines the formula in every agreement — the signed partnership controls.

Terms apply. Eligible revenue streams, term length, reporting, and buyout options are set in the partnership agreement. Eligibility reviewed case by case.

After launch

Ownership, hosting, and ongoing support

Depending on the engagement, Creator Collective can provide hosting coordination, maintenance, integrations, analytics, system updates, technical support, and quarterly optimization. Ownership, licensing, transfer rights, and ongoing costs are defined in the project agreement.

Who hosts

Hosting coordination and environment setup are scoped per engagement.

Who owns what

Brand, company, licensing, and code access terms are written into the agreement.

Who maintains

Maintenance, updates, and support can be project-based or ongoing by agreement.

Third-party costs

Software subscriptions and processing fees are typically paid by the operating business.

If the relationship ends

Transfer rights, access handoff, and termination terms are defined before build begins.

Service levels

Support cadence and SLA coverage (when included) are specified in writing.

Team

Who leads your systems engagement

Compact leadership. Clear responsibilities. Long-term technology partnership — not a one-time handoff.
